Error sublime_text_build_4152_mac for macOS 12 Monterey

I open the sublime text 4152 editor with my mac version macOS Monterey 12.6.8 and I know it’s hanging, after a while it gives an error (it doesn’t respond)

Does it happen in safe mode?

That doesn’t look like safe mode to me, it will have “SAFE MODE” written in the title of the window and pop up a dialog. Please follow the link for instructions for starting Sublime Text in safe mode.

I’m sure it’s safe mode. I have rebooted with the shift key pressed and I have checked it from the software information panel
