Error Saving File: error on FILE *

For no known reason, Sublime Text Beta 3 (an earlier build) started generating errors when attempting to save files to a mapped network drive. I upgraded to the most recent build of Sublime Text Beta 3, and while it has the same error, it now states, “error on FILE *”. This only happens for existing files, as I can create a new file and save to the same location. I’m also able to open the existing files in Notepad and modify then save without issue.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I have the same error experienced in ST3 latest build. Error says it is unable to save the file, then it has some “rename” command that tries to rename a temp file or something.

Reverted back to ST2 for now (ST3 at home though - no SSHFS mounts).

try turning atomic save off, set atomic_save to false

Thanks, that solved the issue. I hope atomic saving can be re-enabled when ST3 leaves beta.
