I have been using Sublime Text for a while but just added Sublime Text 3 to a new MacBook Pro. I am using this at a very simple level. For example: I have a client folder with the HTML/CSS files that I need to edit then resave, but I can no longer save. It says Unable to save ~/elsinore/elsinore-alert.html
Error: Permission denied
I did not have this problem before. Is there a setting/script or something that I can use to allow this?

That generally indicates that either the folder doesn’t allow the user you’re running Sublime as to save files in that location, or that file itself has a permission that’s stopping you from being able to modify it’s contents.
Using Finder
to examine the properties of the file and/or folder and make sure that your user has the ability to read and write the file may solve the problem.
