Error Message on startup

This popup has been occurring on startup for over a month, and modally blocking all interaction with the program until dismissed. I read that this is supposed to be addressed in the next version, but a fix has not been issued for an extended period, and this is becoming an issue.

Current version is 4152

I am not on dev builds. This problem has been ongoing for more than a month now. This should not need any major work to fix (probably 1 or 2 bad references), so the length of time it has remained unfixed is concerning.
