Hello,
I installed ST3 build 3126 on Windows 7.
The command Tools, Install Package Control… gives me a dialog with a an error.
The text for the error is:
error: An error occurred installing Package Control
Please check the Console for details
Visit https://packagecontrol.io/installation for manual instructions
And the console says:
Error installing Package Control: invalid signature PEM armor
Visit https://packagecontrol.io/installation for manual instructions
On this site, you’ll find the most recent download script. Just copy the script content to ST’s console and hit enter.
This will install Package Control for you.

I solved the problem following the manual installation described at https://packagecontrol.io/installation
Click the Preferences > Browse Packages… menu
Browse up a folder and then into the Installed Packages/ folder
Download Package Control.sublime-package and copy it into the Installed Packages/ directory
Restart Sublime Text
Even this didn’t slove my issue…
I have the following two files under my “sublimetext3/Installedpackages” folder:
0_package_control_loader & Package Control
still package manger isn’t working
“isn’t working” is quite unspecific.
Open your user preferences file and check whether Package Control is within the ignored_packages list.
@FichteFoll I have installed ST3 on my windows 8 system. I have pasted the script for package manager in the console and it throwed me an error along with a suggestion to download the file manually. I followed the steps as mentioned on the website and restarted the editor but package control isn’t working.
I just checked and it’s not in the ignored_packages list too. I’m unable figure out the problem
Try reverting to a clean state by removing the packages and installed packages folders, then use the menu item in the Tools menu to install it package control.

I reinstalled ST3 and installed package manger through Tools menu and its working now.
