Error in codepage "Cyrillic Windows 866"

when “Reopen with Encoding” -> “Cyrillic (Windows 866)”
it shows “<0x80>ренда” instead of “Аренда”. It replaces big “A” with code"<0x80>"
on older builds (i can test only build 4107) it works fine, but after last update installation - it get broken

Does it happen in safe mode? What version of ST are you using?

i tried “safe mode” - problem exist.
i have build 4107 with no problem. and i have last build 4143 - problem exist
