Error code when i open up sublime text

I am getting this code:

Error trying to parse settings: Expected value in ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 2/Packages/User/JSON.sublime-settings:1:1

But I looked in this file and there is nothing in there. It’s a blank document.

So I am lost
