When I close all of my documents on sublime, completely shut it down, and re-open - I see briefly the message “Error: Can’t open BibTex file” at the bottom.
Why is ST looking for this file? I’m not asking ST to look for it.

Sorry for posting this. I found the answer on my own. I had a plugin installed that was looking for that file.
