Error about unzip when install sftp

when i want to install sftp in sublime 3
it failed and show this error :

error: Package Control: An error occurred while trying to unzip the package file for SFTP. Please try installing the package again

who can tell me how to resolve it?

add some info , my system is window7 x64

I have resolved it after i change the version to sublime 2 x64

and it success.!
