Every time I copy and paste a line it gets copied with an additional blank line under the copied line. Is there a way to avoid it?

OK, I got it. I thought I had to create a new line by hitting Enter to paste the copied text, but I now see it is not necessary. All you have to do is to pres Ctrl+V and the txt will be copied above the line where the cursor is placed.
