In macOS, when going to a different application (like the browser) and then switching back to Sublime Text 3, the window containing the current file being edited does not gain focus. I have to click on the window a second time for it to gain focus so I can start editing the code.
For me this causes all kinds of problems because if I start typing thinking the window I’m looking at is in focus, instead the application shortcut keys are engaged and it sometimes creates a mess.
Is there any way to force the editing window on the current, active tab to gain focus when switching back to Sublime Text? I’m constantly switching between ST3 and my browser, so, this is an ongoing annoyance. I don’t know why 2 clicks are required to get the focus back to the editing pane. Thanks.
