Edit across all files in a search "find results"

When searching for something in sublime text, it would be insane if you could simultaneously edit all files across the search and save them (could be qued up to save one at a time I would wait). This would be legendary if possible because when having to change names across an entire codebase it gets tedious from time to time.

You can do find and replace in one file or find and replace across multiple files. This feature already exists
