I’m using sublime Text in an environment with ibm mainframes. It would be nice, if sublime text could handle ebcdic files. Is there a solution?

I have been using hexadecimal and trying to read EBCDIC like that. I second this notion. I will be trying to help make it happen. EBCDIC isn’t really all that complicated.
