Duplicate in API Docs

I just found that this duplicate on the docs for create_output_panel

Release API reference on github

Please release API docs on github just like packages so that others can contribute and keep it up to date.
There are some other methods that are not documented on the API page, things like query completions, is_folded(region) and a couple of more.

Try hitting refresh on the API docs page. That error was previously fixed and docs were added for some new methods.
