Hi, i’ve very recently found Sublime Text 3 and think its great. I paid for it within the hour of downloading as I knew it was what I’d been search for. I was using dreamweaver previously which was good but a lot of the features I didn’t really use as I (like most folk) mainly hand code the pages.
There was a feature in Dreamweaver that I miss a little and that was this:
In code view, you could open an image in any given application such as Photoshop using a shortkey.
So for example with the following code. You could have the cursor anywhere within the quotations of the src “” - then click CTRL + D and it would open the image in your image editor such as Photoshop
Actually it also works for files, so:
If the cursor was within the “” again and you clicked CTRL + D, then it would open the file in Dreamweaver, which saved you having to click it from the files panel.
I’m not sure if there is a plugin for Sublime that can do similar? I’ve looked around and not found one as yet, so maybe a feature request?
Great software.
Regards,
Mark
