It seems to work for me, although there was a bit of a delay between clicking the link and the download starting.
Do you see any error messages of any kind or does it just silently fail?

We were having some DNS issues this morning, thanks to GoDaddy resetting DNS records when renewing a domain (!). This should be resolved now.
