Disappeared top pannel

hey folks!
i’ve got a problem with my sublime text 3(
when I managed color theme of program the top menu pannel disappeared and i can’t turn it back with toggle menu either alt then view either hotkeys
idk what to do else
help please

Sublime Text 4 replaces default main menu by small hamburger menu in case "themed_title_bar": true is set and themed titlebars are supported by the active theme.

so i just need to change the theme as i understood?

or set "themed_titlebar": false in your Preferences.
