Disable Sublime Merge integration in Sublime Text 4

It would be nice to add show_git_status_context_menus option to show/hide Git/Merge related context context menus.

It would be nice if Sublime Text 4 does not force to buy Sublime Merge.

You can disable the git integrations with "show_git_status": false.

Thanks for sharing this. I know about that, but I don’t want to lose that feature, just want to disable context related menus.

This solution was suggested many times, that’s not what users are asking. We want to keep all Git integration features in Sublime Text but remove all references to additional features provided by Sublime Merge. In other words we need the following options for show_git_status:

• all
• no_sublime_merge
• none

I believe it’s been mentioned on the tracker in an issue that a way to remove these menu items for those that don’t want/need them (whether they have Merge or not) is on the radar, though I can’t find it at the moment.
