Disable Growl Keyboard Shortcut?

Hello I’m new to the Forum

I have a question regarding Sublime Text trying to launch Growl

Whilst working and Saving, I have a tendancy to tap CMD + S but double actually double Tap the S (this is an old Habit that goes back to the OS 9 Days). When I do this in Mavericks 10.9 it pops up “Where is Growl APP”

This is Really infuriating!! Can anybody help ?

You need to evaluate your plugins. This is no doubt done by a plugin you installed.

Assuming it is a plugin causing it, and not some global system shortcut, github.com/skuroda/FindKeyConflicts may help in tracking down the offending plugin and key binding.
