Disable expansion of '.' to html tag in Markdown

#1

Hello,

I want to disable expansion of ‘.’ to an html tag with class attribute when I’m editing a markdown document.

It looks like in the latest Sublime, you can’t look at the packages being used to create this behavior.

I was hoping to find the snippet that’s causing this, and then disable it, but I couldn’t find it.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks

Sublime packages are just zipfiles with a different extension (sublime-package), so you can peek inside them, extract files etc. using 7zip or similar. If you need to modify behaviour you can drop updated files in your User folder.

Thanks. I expanded the packages. I didn’t find any snippet in Markdown. I found couple in html package, but they are to expand ‘html’. So, may be it’s not a snippet.

Also I think there may be a more straight-forward way of disabling this particular expansion without disabling auto-complete?
