When you go to the last bookmark, in open file, Sublime will cycle back to the top bookmark and start to go down again. When you go to the top most bookmark it will cycle back down, to the last bookmark and it will start to go up.
Commands that are used are prev_bookmark and next_bookmark .
Add option to disable that functionality so cursor will stay at first or last bookmark
