Didnt get License Key sent to me

Hey all. I purchased a license key a few hours ago and i still havent recieved my license key. Tried using the license retrieval but just got the error message “Sorry, we could not find any purchases”. Bank shows I made the purchase though so not sure what else to do. Emailed the sales help line too but havent gotten any replies.

Emailing sales (as you have done) is the way to go for something like this. SublimeHQ is headquartered in Australia, so depending on how long ago you mailed the lack of response could be due to time zone issues.

Yeah I guess all I can do is wait. Been nearly 24 hours now and still no key in my inbox

I’m also waiting for a bundle key I purchased earlier this morning. Here’s to hoping we all get our keys soon.

I just got mine after a couple of days delay.

Apparently they were subject of a DDoS attack that interrupted the services that would normally send them automatically.
