Dev Build 3192

#1

Dev build 3192 is out now, with our focus starting to shift towards stabilization leading up to the next stable build.

We do have a couple of minor new features including:

  • Complete support for macOS native tabs. Improvements include a setting and menu items to control them.
  • A fully revised D syntax definition

You can see the full change log at https://www.sublimetext.com/3dev. You can see the relevant issue tracker activity at https://github.com/SublimeTextIssues/Core/milestone/87.

We’ve got a little more functionality, some more bug fixes and stabilization coming in the next dev build(s). After that we should be ready to release version 3.2.

I like the idea of using tabs, but this is the UI I get currently, perhaps its a setting or theme issue ?

I might add its not an issue in fullscreen mode

Yes, unfortunately the full size content view required for custom title bars is not compatible with native tabs. The next build will ensure you can’t use both at the same time.

It would be really great, if this old, small but very annoying bug could be fixed:

I am sure most users opening files from the sidebar using the keyboard stumbles into it most every day.
