Dev Build 3154 on Windows 7 32 bits..Font Ligatures Problem

Hi, good night…

I have a problem with the ligatures on my sublime text 3154 on windows 7 32 bits… i install fira code font and i add this options on preferences… but this ligatures not work, i dont know what happening. .

This are my preferences settings of fonts on my sublime text 3154…

i dont know what happening or ligatures on sublime text windows 7 32 bits are disabled?
