Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue 
The editor is continually not responsive and currently using ~4GB of memory…CPU on it spiked up to 50% and is now sitting around 30%
Any place to upload a dmp to the devs?

That seems odd. There were no significant changes recently in the core that would likely cause such an issue. Do you see the same behavior if you install an older version such as 3134?
You can send me a process dump at will@wbond.net. I am not familiar enough with the Windows variants to know how much of a use it will be, but I can take a shot.
What may be more helpful is a new forum topic about this issue with the full contents of your Sublime Text console taken from a fresh start with no packages loaded. This will help me confirm you were able to properly reset to a fresh state.

One small niggle I’ve just found with Adaptive theme and color schemes. If there are no open tabs, the tab bar doesn’t want to refresh when previewing the new colors.
