The delete file button is right below rename file. Once files are deleted they cannot be recovered. Can the delete file button either not be below a very common action like rename file, or can it prompt to confirm a file deletion? I git commit my changes throughout the day, but just lost an hour and a half of work by clicking delete file on accident instead of rename file.
Delete file location is dangerous
Even if a file is deleted accidentally, it still should go to the Recycle Bin from whence you can recover (which should be the case for the latest ST4 Builds). Does that not happen for you ? If not, it would be useful knowing what build your running & OS (& whether it happens in safe mode)
