Default language and file extensions

I often use Ocaml but when I open files with the the *.ml file extension Sublime defaults to SML syntax instead of Ocaml syntax. Is there a way to change this behavior?

While you have an Ocaml file open, select View > Syntax > Open all with current extension as... from the menu and select the appropriate syntax from the list.
