Data loss with Hot Exit

Here’s how to reproduce:

1. Make sure the hot_exit setting is enabled
2. Close any open projects
3. Start typing into a new file
4. Exit without saving. There will be no prompt due to hot exit.
5. Launch sublime using the --project command line option to immediately load a project
6. The unsaved data from (3) is lost with no way to recover.

Please fix?
