Dashed Lines vs Solid Lines in the Commit Graph

Hey everyone.

I tried looking in a few different places for this but I just can’t find anything. Can someone help me understand why some of the merge lines on the commit graph are dashed (like the one at the top) and some are solid (the two at the bottom)?

Dashed lines are used to connect HEAD and the working directory representing list item.

Probably an implementation detail any connection to another merge commit also being rendered using dashed lines.

Maybe not very perfect, but nothing to worry about.
