Is it possible to customize the Hayaku package? I can only find ‘Hayaku - tools for writing CSS faster.sublime package’ in Installed Packages which is an archive but I can’t find the expected json file.

You can use PackageDev to edit any file in any package.

probably you mean https://packagecontrol.io/packages/PackageResourceViewer
