Whenever I move my cursor over the gutter between panes or out of the window the frame rate just tanks. It’s very annoying and didn’t used to happen. How can I fix this?

In that case can you provide all the relevant details, ie. version, platform, exact steps to reproduce, does it happen in safe mode, etc.

Version: Stable Channel, Build 4113
Platform: Mac Big Sur 11.4 (20F71), MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019)
Starting in Safe Mode does not reproduce but restarting sublime makes the issue go away. It only seems to happen after I both have not restarted my computer for a long time and haven’t restarted sublime in a long time. These are far from exact steps.
Is there a way I can dump a log next time it occurs? I’ve already restarted Sublime so it’s buttery smooth again.

If it doesn’t happen in safe mode then it’s likely that a plugin is the culprit. You can narrow it down by selectively adding installed packages to the "ignored_packages" setting.
