CTRL + P exclude folder

Hi
I add folder to Sublime Text 3 and try to search file by CTRL +
In all folders CTRL + P works(search file) but from one folder does not find any file
This morning i add this folder to promote and then try to delete it and i think i click exclude this folder

So where this settings is located?

My guess would be that those change your project file. Note that they provided by a plugin so it would be best to check that.
