I am trying to install this plugin from package control…

But when I run Package Control: Install Package from the command palette, and then subsequently type “Ctags”, nothing shows up. Has it been removed from package control repo?
Sublime Text 3 has this feature (token-based navigation) in a significantly superior (faster and more accurate) form to what ctags can provide, so the plugin hasn’t really been updated.
It’s likely that you have the package installed already and it’s either disabled or you just didn’t notice.
