Are there any packages that has the same feature in brackets where you can see the intellisense of colors after typing the color: property? Or maybe change the color of the text depending on what color you typed in like the ColorHighlighter feature? One problem about it are the rgb and hex codes are still working but color names don’t work anymore. Are there any similar packages like it?

Do you mean completions?
I use https://packagecontrol.io/packages/ColorHelper. It’s highly configurable, with allowing per-syntax settings of which kind of color strings are recognized and where (though scope selectors).
