Creazione nuovo snippet

Nel’editor appena acquistato non trovo la possibilità di creare un nuovo snippet.
Come posso risolvere ?

I think OP is asking how to create a snippet - Tools menu -> Developer -> New Snippet...
I highly recommend installing https://packagecontrol.io/packages/PackageDev as it helps one work with snippets by highlighting the snippet syntax
