Creating new file and hit CTRL+s will freez ST3 for 1-2 minutes

I’ve a project open in Sublime Merge.
If I create a new file in ST3, hit CTRL + s, enter a new name an clic on save, ST3 will freeze for several seconds, up to 2 minutes sometimes.

I’ve tried to refresh ST3 but the issue stay the same.

Windows 10 1903, ST3 V 3.2.1. build 3207, SM build 1116

Any idea how to fix the problem?

I’ve found a workaround : When ST3 is freezed, closing Sublime Merge window unfreeze ST3.
