Create new package for sublime!

Hey team!

I would like to create a new package for Sublime that I think does not exist.
So, could you please let me know how can I build up a new package.

I don’t know anything about it, so, please kind enough to tell me as you’re talking to a noobie.

You can check docs in http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/, specifically you should read the Package Development section, hope that helps, have fun!
