The crash reporter opens every time I run Sublime Text

I’m using Sublime Text Build 4169 and Windows 11.
Also I have no packages installed and Package Control isn’t installed.

The crash handler is a separate process that monitors Sublime Text for crashes. This is expected behaviour.
