it was normal on 4121. once update to 4126, sublime_text.exe can’t load, only product .dmp file.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reboot, both portable version and install version, tried deleting whole install directory and appdata, but not work.
I guess something wrong with the Register or library.

Build 4126 have some crashing issue. They should be fixed in the latest build 4129.
I don’t think there is any ETA. If you have a license, you can try the latest dev builds. Otherwise you’ll have to wait for the next stable build to be released (And there hasn’t been any ETA for any builds).
Edit: Or you can just downgrade to the previous stable build in the meantime.
I have no liscence. I update to 4126 only for getting rid of annoying update pop-up. But I heared that a liscence is also needed to disable update check. So, it seems that I can do nothing but wait.
