Is there a package/program copy hyperlinks from Word and paste in Sublime 3 and the links stay intact?

Sublime text is only a text editor while word does something called rich text editing, where text can have additional properties such as being bold or having an associated hyperlink.
Maybe you could explain your use case more thoroughly? Do you need the link to be clickable or would just copying the link be enough.
