Context menu is not shown if Context Menu keyboard button is pressed inside the Side Bar

If the Side Bar has focus and the Context Menu keyboard button is pressed, there is no any effect.
Context Menu keyboard button works inside the Text Area. Also, Right Mouse Click works well inside the File Side Bar.

I use build 4152 on Arch Linux.
