On certain file size, the file content was not fully displayed in Hexadecimal View.
Reopen with any other encoding is OK.
Tested in Sublime 3 build 3083, both Windows and Mac.
My test file has 264059 Bytes. I would like to upload an attachment but the forum says
‘Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.’
