Content at some points dont update in sublime project

Hey!

Sorry, if im repeating this, didn’t find anything about it.

Issue is that after when I do project updates e.g. run some build scripts that updates/adds new libraries and other 3rd part contribs, after switching back to Sublime the content isn’t updated - I still see what was before(without new libs and other updates). Also symlinks sometimes are gone, and to get those back, I need to close sublime and open project again. Not always, but when i find out this, it’s annoying, because i thought my build script didn’t worked.

Using Sublime 3.0, Build 3143

what operating system are you using and are your project files on the local filesystem?

Im running on OSX (El Capitan). Files are locally.

EDIT:
Although the build script was fired under virtual machine which makes changes files locally.
