Configuration extensions keep changing order

I use git to keep track of my user folder for sublime text. Quite ofter I get:

which essentailly the same extensions reordered.

Why are these being reordered? And if they are just being updated why are they keep ending up in different order? Is there a way to fix this?

Should I put these in .gitignore?

After tinkering a littler bit with packages, I think the culrpit has been the ApplySyntax package
