Thanks to the work of @TheSecEng, the Community Documentation at https://docs.sublimetext.io/ is now powered (and built) by the latest version of Vitepress! 
Additionally, the on-site search is now powered by Algolia (the default external search provider for Vuepress and Vitepress sites) and we have adopted the default Vitepress theme, which looks and behaves a bit more modern.
This fixed a couple of problems we had previously with Vuepress 1.9, such as slow-ish build time, manual restarts of the dev server on configuration changes, and bugs with the old theme and ensures that we can stay up to date with out tech stack.
