Comments not work with jsx syntax

when I using ctrl+/ in st4.

works:

You have to select the lines first before commenting in the case you want a comment for multiple lines.
The keyboard shortcut is ctrl+shift+/

The issue is {/*<li></li>*/} to be the expected result in the last screenshot. Selecting the line doesn’t help with it on my box.
