Commenting out selected no longer works - assumes line

It seems since build 4143* (*I think) commenting (for me, Ctrl+/) comments out the entire line, even though I have selected a portion of that line.

This is a change in behaviour and Google has nothing, that I’ve been able to find, on how to revert back to the previous behaviour, or how to choose between the two behaviours.

Really quite frustrating. Any ideas gratefully rxd.

Uhh. Just found in the Community docs that the keybinding I used to use has changed, it needs Shift also now.

Gonna need to change that - those two need swapping - the default (no Shift) should surely be the block you have selected, not the entire line.

Fwiw the ctrl+/ and ctrl+shift+/ distinction hasn’t changed since at least ST2.
