Command line tool subl does not respect double dash (end of parameter list)

If you try to open a filename with a leading “-”, subl interprets it as a command line argument
even when “–” (end of parameter list) is given:

subl -- -file-v
Sublime Text Build 3207

This will be fixed in the next release of Sublime Text
