Colour blind friendly branch history?

#1

I’m loving Sublime Merge. I’m finding the branch history view a little hard to get used to, and I think it’s because I’m pretty heavily colour blind.

The lines in the view look nice, but they’re too narrow to stand out to me. I like the more subtle colours, but they don’t stand out either.

If I’m the only one, I’ll squint and get on with it, but I imagine there’s a few of us around.

You should create an enhancement request for this: Sublime Merge Issue Tracker

Note that custom themes are already requested here and customizable branch history colors would be a good expansion of this request.

There is support for custom themes for licensed users. We have some documentation for the theme engine that will be rolling out in the next few days. It covers how to set the colors for all of the elements in the UI, including the commit graph edges. There is also info about how to make the lines thicker.

This is great, I think the theming will do the job. The combination with colours and line width will definitely make the branch history stand out.
