I have just started using Sublime 3 and would like to be able to colour specific text for certain common elements in the code

This is for a Cisco Switch config and I am updating common elements and would like to get to each one and it be coloured.

I also would like to colour all elements with < > around the text - how could I do that?

Thanks kingkeigth, there is so much customisation that can be done with Sublime, I am sure I get it to do exactly what I want
